backstage at paris women’s | cédric charlier

432A2184Belgium designer Cédric Charlier alluded to the abstract art movement in the 1940s, playing with form and experimenting with fresh materials. Boxy and loose fitted silhouettes breathed a warm-welcomed ease, while graphic strips at the waist provided an illusion of femininity. Photographer Charlotte Navio went behind-the-scenes to capture last minute excitement before the runway show.
